DC Teacher Disagrees with Union Issue, Still Must Pay Dues

A DC teacher was “shaken to the core. . .” by an email sent by the Washington Teacher Union president, but has no remedy for the situation, which has nothing to do with education. Bill McMorris has the story in the Washington Free Beacon.

The head of Washington, D.C.’s teachers’ union sent an email condemning “Israeli occupation” and asked her 5,000 members to lodge complaints against the police department for partnering with the Anti-Defamation League to train in Israel.
