Teachers Should Know Better- Just What is Right to Work?

IT’S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE, as my aerospace engineer sister would say!

A Right To Work law simply states an employee cannot be forced to join or support a labor union in order to obtain or keep a job. Yes, that’s what the National Education Association and the American Federation of Teachers (AFL-CIO) are:  labor unions.

Plain and simple. Don’t be fooled by rhetoric that tells you otherwise.

Nobody FORCES teachers to do anything once a Right to Work law has been passed in their state.

It simply means they can resign from their union if they wish to, and stop having union dues deducted from their paychecks if they want to. No pressure.

And if you do not wish to resign your union membership you don’t have to!

WHAT COULD BE SIMPLER?
