Another School Board Takeover?
Teacher union officials in Downers Grove, Illinois, are planning to pack the school board with union-friendly candidates. If this happens, as on so many other school boards, the power of teacher union officials will be sitting across the table from each other during contract negotiations.

If they are successful, it is possible that former teachers union members and officers will control the board.
