Students Strike Back!

Teacher union officials are always talking about how everything they do is for the students. In order to show their teachers how they felt about a strike teacher union officials called in November of last year, causing havoc, in particular, to high school seniors.  Eileen Godin has the story in The Times Leader of Dallas, Pennsylvania.

Dallas High School seniors went on strike Friday morning.

About 50 students stood at the campus entrance off Hildebrandt Road in Dallas Township to greet arriving students, faculty, staff and parents with messages on signs ranging from the silly such as “Krusty Krab Unfair” to more serious, “This is what you taught us” and “Low Attendance=Low AP Scores.”
