Signing the PRO Act into law, which would overhaul several aspects of existing labor law in the U.S., would likely be the most substantial labor action Biden could take, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce called the legislation a “litany” of every failed labor policy in the last 30 years.
