Union Corruption: CSEA Treasurer Phelton Woods Pleads Guilty
A lot of trust was put into Phelton Woods when he went into the Treasurer position for CSEA in Columbus, Ohio. After being charged, he has now pleaded guilty to embezzling over $60k from union funds.
