Today, Glenn will expose union institutional bigotry and employees’ religious liberty in a case brought by the National Right Work Legal Defense Foundation and the Fairness Center brought on behalf of professors Goldstein and five others.  

You may have seen Glenn before as he has testified before Congress on numerous occasions.  Glenn is a sought after expert who is often interviewed and is a contributor to legal news and journal publications.

Glenn Taubman has protected the rights of employees in a variety of federal and state cases. These cases include ones involving union violence, lawsuits against labor unions fort their abusive fines and discipline against employees, and even union attempts to have employees fired for refusing to pay compulsory union dues.
