Four Chicago Charter Schools Strike

While AFT officials deplore charter schools, the Chicago Teacher Union (an AFT-AFL-CIO affiliate), are leading 4 strikes at Chicago International Charter Schools.  Asking for higher pay and smaller class sizes, the schools have remained open while teacher union officials lead picketing at the schools.
