KIPP St. Louis Teachers AFT Union Strike Threatens School Operations
Teachers and staff at KIPP St. Louis High School, represented by the American Federation of Teachers (AFT), are set to go on strike starting Friday, April 19th.
The reality of the matter is, that the strike will have a negative impact on the students and the broader educational environment by causing disruptions that could have been avoided.
It’s essential for teachers and staff to understand that participation in the strike is 100% voluntary. No one can be forced to join or support the strike, and educators have the right to continue working if they choose.
